Michelle is an Associate Consultant and former General Manager of Hender Careers (2008–2025). She is highly experienced in career transition, outplacement, executive coaching and leadership development, with a strong record of supporting individuals across all levels of business and industry.
Her depth of knowledge in career management, combined with her engaging facilitation style, continues to deliver positive outcomes for clients. Alongside her consulting work, Michelle serves as a Non-Executive Director on not-for-profit boards. She holds an MBA, is a Graduate of the AICD and is a Fellow and Life Member of GLF.
