Ruth brings significant expertise in leadership, organisational change and executive coaching to her work at Hender Careers. She designs and delivers transition, career and leadership development programs that balance individual needs with organisational priorities. Ruth is known for her solution-focused approach, helping people and businesses achieve long-term growth during times of transition.
Ruth is Chair of several SA Government Boards and a member of the UniSA Council. She is also a Fellow of UniSA, recognised for her services as Executive Director of HR / P&C.
