Michelle, now an Associate Consultant and formerly the General Manager of Hender Careers from 2008 to July 2025, has played a pivotal role in shaping a thriving business on both national and local stages. Her expertise spans Career Transition, Outplacement Services, Training and Development and Executive Coaching. With strong qualifications in business leadership and management, education, coaching (Career Partners International and ICF) and psychometrics, Michelle has a gift for blending practical experience with proven theory to create outstanding results.

Her passion for helping people grow and develop has been a consistent thread throughout her career. Michelle has worked successfully with individuals and organisations across all industries and at every level of business, enhancing the professional standing of hundreds of clients through her deep understanding of career management strategies.

Known for her approachable and insightful style, Michelle brings warmth, clarity and focus to her coaching and facilitation. She quickly gets to the heart of the matter for individuals, teams and organisations, creating an environment where positive outcomes are achievable for everyone involved.
