Michelle’s passion for facilitating the growth and development of individuals has been a core focus throughout her life. She is accomplished in working with clients and individuals across all tiers of business structure and industries. Her career has centred on leading and developing people, working initially within teaching and education, and then in corporate consultancy and diverse organisational training and development services and programs. Her in-depth knowledge of strategies in career management has enhanced the professional positioning of hundreds of individuals, who have, as a result of Michelle's coaching and assistance, secured employment opportunities of great satisfaction.
Adept at transferring her knowledge, skills and experiences into new contexts, Michelle’s coaching and facilitation style and ability to ascertain the core issues for individuals, teams and clients results in positive outcomes for all involved. Michelle is also Deputy Chair of a NFP Board, Chair of its Governance and Performance Committee and active on the AICD and in various Advisory Board capacities at UniSA. Michelle is currently nearing completion of her International Coaching Federation Certification through Coach Partners.
