David has a wealth of experience in leading and managing people, with 35+ years managing and building businesses across the public and private sectors. His senior executive roles include General Manager, State Manager and National Business Development Manager. David's expertise extends to having owned and managed franchises, to multimillion-dollar joint ventures in facilities management of government owned building precincts. He has successfully established a national franchise network in the childcare sector and previously established a greenfield site in a mining and construction registered training organisation.
David's relaxed and personable manner and his ability to quickly build relationships, makes him a highly effective and engaging careers and business coach and mentor. He engages readily with all people and is ideally suited to coaching and counselling through career enhancement, transition, retrenchment and retirement.
